Instrumental Convergence LLC is a Washington limited liability company. It is member-managed by its two members. There is no board and there are no officers; the members act by agreement.
The company’s affairs are recorded in an operating agreement and initial resolutions kept at the principal office. The registered agent receives service of process and official mail on the company’s behalf.
